1.      Dr. Sankar, chair of the Studies Abroad Sub-committee presented the draft of the guidelines and course request form for the studies abroad programs.During discussion, revisions were suggested.Dr. Sankar will take the suggestions back to the sub-committee.A motion was made to approve the guidelines in principle, with review by the Chair for final approval.The motion was seconded and approved.Unanimous.


2.      The committee reviewed 81 petitions, covering 82 actions.All were approved unless noted:
