The Student Activities Committee meeting called to order by Mary-Frances Panettiere, Chairman at 7:12 a.m.

1. Approval of Minutes

Brent Carter moved and Art Koblasz seconded a motion to approve the minutes of the Student Activities Committee meeting on December 1, with changes.

Unanimously approved

2. Old Business

Linux Users Group

Brent Carter moved and Mary-Frances Panettiere seconded a motion to approval of the charter of Linux Users Group.

Unanimously approved

Robo-Jackets

Brent Carter moved and Mary-Frances Panettiere seconded a motion that the charter for the Robo-Jackets Club be referred back to JCOC for changes

Unanimously approved

Sigma Iota Rho International Affairs Honor Society

Brent Carter moved and Mary-Frances Panettiere seconded a motion to approval of the charter of Sigma Iota Rho International Affairs Honor Society.

Unanimously approved

Brent Carter moved and Mary-Frances Panettiere seconded a motion to table all charters of organizations that do not have representatives.

3. Other Business

Brent Carter moved and Danielle McDonald seconded a motion that SAC will go ahead with the budget process. SAC will recommend to SGA that the money will not be allocated to student organizations until the constitutions are amended and the approval process has been completed.
