Academic Matters

 

The Committee acknowledged the College of Management’s intent to implement a GPA requirement for change of major.

 

Petitions

 

1.       Student Petitions Considered and Voted-Upon by the Committee

The committee heard one in-person appeal and reviewed petitions remaining from the previous meeting as well as new petitions.  All were approved except as noted:

 

1-appeal for selective withdrawals (approved) and waiver of the 36-hour rule (denied)

1-to change status of PHYS 2699, taken Spring 2007, to pass/fail

3-late withdrawals

1-selective withdrawals (denied)

1-Fall 2007 readmission after first drop
