All were approved except as noted:

12- Term withdrawal (1 Denied, 2 Tabled)

            4- Selective withdrawal (1 Denied)

            5- 36-hour rule waiver (1 Tabled)

           

  1. Petitions Handled by Administrative Decision

The following petitions met the guidelines for “Administrative Action,” and were

decided by the Registrar under the authority granted to her by the Committee. All

were approved except as noted:

 

5- Readmission after 1st drop

9- Petition to return after withdrawing from the Spring 2015 term

1-      Course substitution for Minor

4-   Use special topics course to meet minor requirement

1-   Count duplicate MUSI courses to meet degree requirement, reset flag in Banner

4-   10-year rule waiver

3-   Adjust research registration hours for the Spring 2015 term

2-   Late registration for the Spring 2015 term

1-   Count special topics toward degree

1-   Allow course to meet Social Science elective requirement

1-   Allow course to meet Free Elective requirement
