            5- 36-hour rule waiver (3 Denied, 1 partially approved)

            1- Selective withdrawal (1 Denied)

            2- Readmit after 2nd dismissal (1 Tabled)

            1- Readmit after 3rd dismissal (1 Denied)

            1- Remove “W” from transcript

            1- Add 12 hours of research to transcript (1 Denied)

            1- Receive credit for ECON2106 despite taking ECON2100 (1 Denied)
