1-appeal for late withdrawal in ENGL 1102, Spring 2006

1-to withdraw FREN 1001, Spring 2006 (denied)

1-to have grade in PSYC 3031 changed beyond deadline and to be granted full graduating status by waiving 1-hour of PSYC elective credit (denied)

2-readmission Summer/readmission after first drop 2006 (2 denied)

2-to waive the 36-hour rule (2 denied)

1-selective withdrawal (denied)

1-to accept D grade in Math 1502 instead of F

1-to count 6 hours of MATH 4699, pass/fail towards MATH 4XXX electives

1-to use 9 hours ECON electives and 17 free elective hours as stated in 2001-2003 catalog
